ITCOM are always looking for high quality candidates to satisfy the demands of our high quality clients. As a way of encouraging our existing candidate base to "spread the word" about ITCOM, we offer a referral scheme as a reward.

If you are not an ITCOM contractor and you refer a candidate who is then successfully placed you will be in line to receive a one off incentive bonus of $300 from ITCOM. Alternatively, if you are an ITCOM contractor and you refer someone who is then ultimately hired, you will either receive a gift voucher or an increase on your rate. It is simple. Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for the ITCOM Referral Program. 
ITCOM reserves the right to change this program at any time, and without notice. 
BY FILLING OUT THIS FORM, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PROGRAM. 
This program is offered conditionally based on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices herein. 
1. ACCEPTANCE/DENIAL OF REFERRAL Within 5 business days of the receipt of your referral, ITCOM will do one of the following: 
Notify you, the referring party, that ITCOM is interested in pursuing the referral, Notify you, the referring party, that ITCOM is not interested in pursuing the referral, Notify you, the referring party, that ITCOM has a pre-existing relationship with the prospect and therefore no referral fee shall be paid. 
2. REFERRAL PAYMENTS AND POLICIES Referrals will be valid for three months from the date a referral is received by ITCOM. 
If the referred prospect signs an ITCOM contract within the three month period, a referral payment will be sent to you, the referring party. 
There will be no payment for contracts signed beyond the three month referral term. 
Payments will be made on the condition that there is a three month minimum contract term signed.] 
Payment will be made after one full months service - from "Effective Date" on the customer contract.
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the referral has been employed by ITCOM.
